Daniel 8:27
    27 And I Daniel fainted, and was sick [certain] days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood [it].

    Note: Daniel 8 ends with the prophet Daniel not having received an explanation of what he had been shown about the little horn. He had to wait several years later until in Daniel 9 he is given the explanation and the final description of the Kingdom of God being restored is provided.
